Design Flow Rate definition

Design Flow Rate means the flow rate on which the design of a particular wastewater collection, treatment or disposal system or part thereof is based, in order to allow compliance with chapter 446k of the Connecticut General Statutes, this section and section 22a-430-4 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
Design Flow Rate means the amount of water in gallons passing a specific point in the pool’s circulation system in a given time in minutes, expressed as gallons per minute
Design Flow Rate means the flow rate specifically used as the basis of design for facilities within the regional sanitary sewer system.

  • Pressure Loss at Design Flow Rate: <Insert psig (kPa)> for NPS 2 (DN 50) and smaller; <Insert psig (kPa)> for NPS 2-1/2 (DN 65) and larger.

  • If Gas is taken at a Delivery Point at rates less than the then-current Minimum Design Flow Rate to the extent that, in First Gas’ reasonable opinion, the Accuracy of the metered quantities at that Delivery Point is adversely affected, First Gas shall notify the Interconnected Party accordingly.

  • If Gas is injected at a Receipt Point at rates less than the then-current Minimum Design Flow Rate to the extent that, in First Gas’ reasonable opinion, the Accuracy of the metered quantities at that Receipt Point is unduly adversely affected, First Gas shall notify the Interconnected Party accordingly.

  • It is agreed that the Insurer has relied upon the information contained in the Application in issuing this policy.

  • The Interconnected Party agrees that it will not take Gas at a Delivery Point at a rate greater than the then-current Maximum Design Flow Rate.

  • If Gas is taken at a Delivery Point at rates less than the then-current Minimum Design Flow Rate to the extent that, in First Gas’ reasonable opinion, the Accuracy of the metered quantities at that Delivery Point is unduly adversely affected, First Gas shall notify the Interconnected Party accordingly.
