Examples of Design Files in a sentence

  • Computer Aided Design Files (CAD files)   Provide a representative electronic CAD drawing sample from A/E, and each A/E sub-consultant, for Owner’s CAD standards/format review.

  • Design Files - Any personal computer based format such as DVD or Internet based such as e-mail or FTP can be used.

  • CUNA will customize the Video included within the Design Files upon CU request.

  • Unless otherwise stipulated in this Agreement, the Customer is not authorized to transfer the rights and obligations from this Agreement or assign this Agreement in its entirety to a third party without the consent of the other Party(ies).

  • LIQTECH shall deliver Basic Design Package which will be defined as the Package required by the Project to fully design and operate the LIQTECH Systems (including but not limited to Detailed Design Files (DF), Material Requisition (MR) and Equipment Lists (EL), Operation Instructions and Maintenance Manuals for all equipment).

  • Schematic: All (*.dgn) files – Mapping, Sheet Files, Master Design Files, (*.dat) files, (*.gpk) files, (*.prj) files, design cross section files, etc.

  • CU agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall give CU any right, title or interest in the Design Files other than the right to use the Design Files in accordance with this Agreement and CU agrees that it will not attack the title of CUNA to the Design Files or attack the validity of this Agreement.

  • Standard shall retain custody of the Design Files during the term of this Schedule.
