Design Dmax definition

Design Dmax is the Dmax set forth as the Design Dmax of the Project in Appendix II.
Design Dmax has the meaning set forth in Appendix J (Operating Characteristics).

Examples of Design Dmax in a sentence

  • At the Commercial Operation Date, the Monthly Contract Capability shall equal the Design Dmax.

  • At the end of each Contract Year, the Monthly Contract Capability for the following Contract Year will be reduced to the lesser of (i) Degraded Duration Energy divided by the Design Dmax Duration or (ii) the Tested Result, as follows: MCCy = min [DDE/ DDD, TR] where: MCCy = Adjusted MCC for the Contract Year y DDE = Degraded Duration Energy for the Contract Year y DDD = the Design Dmax Duration of the Project designated in Appendix II.

  • If the Tested Duration Energy of the Facility equals or exceeds ninety-nine percent (99%) of the Degraded Duration Energy, the Monthly Contract Capability will equal the Degraded Duration Energy divided by the Design Dmax Duration.

  • If the Tested Duration Energy of the Facility falls below ninety-nine percent (99%) of the Degraded Duration Energy, the Monthly Contract Capability will equal the Tested Duration Energy divided by the Design Dmax Duration.
