Design Development Work definition

Design Development Work means Design Build Entity’s Work for Design Development as set forth in these General Conditions, which shall commence with Judicial Council’s written authorization to begin preparation of Design Development Documents.

Examples of Design Development Work in a sentence

  • The A/E shall present the Design Development Work to HISD and the PM.

  • The term “Design Work” means the portion of the Work consisting of the design services performed by Design Build Entity during Schematic Design Work, Design Development Work, and Working Drawings Work, including Preconstruction Services, in connection with the design of the Project as set forth in the Contract Documents.

  • Upon Judicial Council’s issuance of a Notice to Proceed for Pre-GMP Phase Work, Design Build Entity shall perform Schematic Design Work and Design Development Work to prepare Deliverables consistent with the Design Deliverable Requirements.

  • Upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed, Design Build Entity shall perform Schematic Design Work and Design Development Work to design the Project consistent with the Target GMP.

  • Before the commencement of the Design Development Work Stage, the Client selects building materials, construction processes and internal fixtures and fittings.

  • At the conclusion of the Tender Action, if the Construction Cost estimate by separate trades is exceeded with a tolerance rate of % with respect to the estimate prepared at the Design Development Work Stage (at present day value), the Client can accept the new Construction Cost.

  • At the commencement of the Design Development Work Stage, based on the proposals of the Architect, the Client completes the Design Brief by indicating, in particular, the final nature and characteristics of building materials, construction processes and internal fixtures and fittings.

  • The term “Design Development Documents” means all Deliverables that Design Build Entity is required to submit to Judicial Council as specifically identified in these General Conditions, and any other Deliverable required by the Contract Documents for Design Development Work.

  • Otherwise, at the request of the Client, the Architect undertakes to propose revisions in order to respect the Construction Budget approved at the Design Development Work Stage.

Related to Design Development Work

  • Development Work means all work and services necessary or desirable in connection

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;
