Design Concern definition
Design Concern means that the proposed Alteration (a) affect any structural components of the Building; (b) is not in compliance with Applicable Regulations; (c) would materially affect the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire/life safety or other systems of the Building; (d) would affect the exterior appearance of the Building; or (e) cost more than $50,000 individually or, when added to all prior unapproved Alterations, cost more than $100,000 in the aggregate.
