SPECTRUM will promptly evaluate each such Design Change Request and prepare a Design Change Quote for submission to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for approval.
Approval of the Design Change Request will be only be received by the Consultant through an executed On‐Call Task Order Authorization Amendment (see form PS‐04).
