Design Change Request definition

Design Change Request or "DCR" shall mean a request by either of StorageTek or IBM to make a change in any Specified Function, which DCR must follow the process listed in Section 5.1(a).
Design Change Request. ("DCR") is the process defined in this SOW where either party may submit technical change proposals for the Deliverables.
Design Change Request means any written request initiated either by XXXXXX or SPECTRUM, and delivered to SPECTRUM pursuant to Article 5, for the modification of some aspect of the Liver-Assist Cartridge.

  • In the event that SIEMENS reports a problem that is determined by Company's R&D staff to be either outside of the documented functional specification of the Product, or in respect of a Product that is functioning in accordance with the documented functional specification, Company reserves the right to request that the problem status be changed to a 'Design Change Request', in which case Company will treat it as a change in feature content rather than a problem.

  • SPECTRUM will promptly evaluate each such Design Change Request and prepare a Design Change Quote for submission to XXXXXX for approval.

Related to Design Change Request

  • Change Request means a change request made in accordance with Section 4 below and in the form made available by SAP from time to time or included in the Order Form.

  • Design Change is a change in work and/or materials shown in the Schedule of Items and described in Plans or specifications that has been mutually agreed to in writing or ordered by Contracting Officer. Changes of a minor nature (such as adjustment in horizontal and vertical alignment, that do not exceed specified tolerance, necessary to maintain or balance earthwork quantities substantially as designed) and variation in quantities, as described in B5.251, shall not be considered Design Changes.

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Work Request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.

  • Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.

  • Access Service Request (ASR) is an industry standard form used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect trunks for the purposes of Interconnection.

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Project Proposal is the final and written description of the Project as described in Exhibit A, to be undertaken by Sub-recipient for which the Project Funds is granted and performance is required and monitored pursuant to this PFA.
