Design-Build (DB) definition

Design-Build (DB) means a Project delivery methodology by which a single firm has responsibility for the design and construction of the Project under a single contract with the Department.
Design-Build (DB) means a project delivery methodology under which a single Entity has responsibility for completion of the design and construction of a project under a single contract with the owner.
Design-Build (DB) means a design-build project in which one single entity performs the design and construction for the project. The design-build firm may be a single firm, a joint venture, a general contractor, or a joint venture and an architect/engineer team.
