DESDE definition

DESDE es la fecha a partir de la cual el Certificado comienza a aplicar para las mercancías amparadas en éste (esta fecha puede ser anterior a la fecha en que el Certificado fue firmado). “HASTA” es la fecha en que expira el periodo de cobertura, el cual no debe ser superior a un año a partir de la fecha de la firma. El embarque de una mercancía para la cual se solicita trato arancelario preferencial sobre la base de este Certificado debe efectuarse entre estas fechas. Campo 3: Si se trata de un productor, indique su nombre legal completo, dirección (incluyendo ciudad y país), número de teléfono y dirección de correo electrónico de dicho productor. Si más de un productor está incluido en el Certificado, indique “VARIOUS” y adjunte una lista de todos los productores, señalando sus nombres legales, direcciones (incluyendo ciudad y país), números de teléfono, y direcciones de correo electrónico relacionándolos con cada mercancía(s) descrita en el Campo 5. Si desea que esta información sea confidencial, es aceptable indicar “AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST”.
