Description Account definition

Description Account means your IMA with Synergy established under this Agreement. Adjusted Account Equity means the value of investments held in the Client's Account at the start of the Calculation Period at market value including the amount of all unrealised gains and the cash balance less all unrealised losses less any accrued fees and charges not yet deducted and paid AFSL means an Australian financial services licence issued by ASIC. Application Form means the application form attached to this Investment Profile Document or available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ ASIC means the Australian Securities & Investment Commission. Associates a) a person who is an officer, employee, agent, representative or affiliate of Synergy; b) a Related Body Corporate of Synergy; c) a person who is an officer, employee, agent, representative or affiliate of a Related Body Corporate of Synergy; Base Currency means the first mentioned currency in respect of a FX currency pair. Calculation Period means the period which Synergy calculates the fees and costs as described in this Agreement. Corporations Act means the Corporations ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and Corporations Regulations 2001. Clearing Broker or Clearer means Synergy Financial Markets Pty Ltd. Client means a prospective or existing client of Synergy Deal or Dealing means dealing as defined by section 766C of the Corporations Act. Derivative means an instrument which derives its value from the value of an underlying instrument (such as shares, commodities, currencies etc.). Exchange Rate Means, in relation to any currency, any widely recognized and published foreign exchange rate for value Spot selected by Synergy in its sole discretion. The foreign exchange rate is always quoted as to how much of the Variable Currency, for 1 unit of the Base Currency, is worth. Executing Broker or Execution Agent means Synergy Financial Markets Pty Ltd.
