DESC Contract definition

DESC Contract means any Contract to which DESC is a party that is related to, or used in the operation of, the Business. Disclosure Schedules means the Disclosure Schedules to this Agreement provided by the Company to Purchaser. Effective Time means 11:59 p.m. on the Closing Date.
