Derogations Process definition

Derogations Process means the processes through which approval is given for Derogations as described in Schedule 4 (Derogations Process ).

Related to Derogations Process

  • Communications Provisions means the Communications Provisions in [Part 10, Chapter 4] of the General Regulations.

  • Collaborative law process means a procedure intended to resolve a collaborative matter without intervention by a tribunal in which persons sign a collaborative law participation agreement and are represented by collaborative lawyers.

  • Scope of Use means the scope for which the Software or GLN Services can be Used, including restrictions on such Use, as identified in the Agreement.

  • maximum content of non-originating materials means the maximum content of non-originating materials which is permitted in order to consider a manufacture to be working or processing sufficient to confer originating status on the product. It may be expressed as a percentage of the ex-works price of the product or as a percentage of the net weight of these materials used falling under a specified group of chapters, chapter, heading or subheading;

  • Communications Provider means a person who provides an Electronic Communications Network or an Electronic Communications Service;
