Derogation Request Form means the form at Appendix 4.

Advance Request Form means a certificate, in substantially the form of Exhibit A, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting an Advance.
Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.
Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.
Corporation Request or "Corporation Order" shall mean a written request or order signed in the name of the Corporation by an Officer and delivered to the Debenture Trustee.
