Derogation Period definition
Derogation Period means the period during which the IGT UNC Derogation shall be in force;
Derogation Period here means that the Health Board does not apply sanctions on the drinking water producer if the parameter exceeds limit value, just that the drinking water producer has time to resolve the problem.
