Dermatological Products definition

Dermatological Products means a topical prescription, over the counter products, or any other product or any treatment of the skin utilizing the Technology. For avoidance of doubt, Dermatological Products includes, but is not limited to, the Products listed in Exhibit 1 of the Asset Purchase Agreement.

Dermatological Products means a topical preparation containing Amlexanox for use in the treatment of diseases and disorders of the mucocutaneous membrane and/or integument including, but not limited to, therapeutic, prophylactic and immunological uses. For the purposes of this definition, "mucocutaneous membrane" is skin and mucous membrane, and "integument" is skin and its appendages, including hair, hair follicles, sebaceous glands, sweat glands, nails and component and migratory cells of the skin. Dermatological Products shall include, without limitation, the Aphthasol Product and Mucositis Product;
