Derivative Documents definition

Derivative Documents means (i) the Derivative Agreements; (ii) the Master Netting Agreement and (iii) the Omnibus Security Agreement.
Derivative Documents has the meaning given such term in Section 19.1.
Derivative Documents means the contracts and agreements constituting or otherwise relating to a Derivative Transaction, as the same may have been amended, modified or supplemented in writing.

  • The Company has provided Buyer with true and complete copies of all Customer Derivative Documents as of the Closing Date.
