Derivations definition

Derivations means any modifications and derivations to a product as long as the product retains its powerflow, core engineering and design criteria, including enhancements to the core design or additional features or functions applied to the product's core architecture.
Derivations of any Invention means all improvements, derivative works, modifications, customizations, adaptations, translations, or other derivatives of any kind of or to or from or based on such Invention. (ii) “Intellectual Property Rights” means patents and patent applications (including, without limitations, all provisional, utility, design, continuation, and continuations-in-part, and divisional applications, utility and design patents, utility models, reissues, reexaminations, and national and international counterparts thereof, and all priority rights related thereto), copyrights (registered and unregistered), trade secrets, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, tradenames, and other intellectual property rights of any kind anywhere in the world. (iii) “Inventions” means all inventions, discoveries, technology, improvements, ideas, designs, product concepts, works of authorship, derivative works, and other works, formulae, processes, methods, compositions of matter, software programs, algorithms, databases, mask works, and trade secrets, in each case whether or not patentable, copyrightable, or protectable as trade secrets.
Derivations refers to all derivations, modifications, error corrections, patches, bug fixes, metadata, configuration and calibration settings, software updates and software upgrades, improvements, further developments and enhancements and subsequent releases of the software, independent of the author. "End Customer" refers to the economic entity authorised in the frame of a subscription to use the
