DEQ-12A definition
DEQ-12A means the department circular that is adopted and incorporated by reference in ARM 17.30.619 and is entitled "Montana Base Numeric Nutrient Standards." This circular contains numeric water quality standards for total nitrogen and total phosphorus in surface waters.
