Deprecated Version has the meaning set out in Section 10.2.

Deprecated Version means a Version of the Licensed Software that is no longer supported by CrowdStrike. A Deprecated Version is any Version of the Licensed Software: (i) other than the then-current and the two immediately prior Versions of the Licensed Software, as determined by CrowdStrike in its sole discretion.

Examples of Deprecated Version in a sentence

  • During the Deprecation Period, no new features will be added to the Deprecated Version of the Subscribed Module.

  • During the Deprecation Period, no new features will be added to the Deprecated Version.

  • For a period of three (3) years after an announcement (the Deprecation Period), Event Store may continue to operate the Deprecated Version of the Subscribed Module and to respond to problems with the Deprecated Version of the Subscribed Module deemed by Event Store in its discretion to be critical, if it is commercially viable to do so, but shall be under no obligation in this regard.

This Section IV(17) of the AdWords API Agreement will not apply to any features or functionality labeled as "experimental." Note that this Section IV(17) will be of no more force or effect as of July 8, 2012.

  • If Gnarwhal in its discretion chooses to cease providing the current version of the HVZ API, whether through discontinuation of the HVZ API or by upgrading the HVZ API to a newer version, the current version of the HVZ API will be deprecated and become the Deprecated Version of the HVZ API.

  • In both cases, the current version of the API will stand deprecated and become the deprecated version of the API (hereinafter "Deprecated Version").

  • For a period of six months following the deprecation (hereinafter: "Deprecation Period"), and provided it is still during the Agreement Term, NetRefer will use commercially reasonable efforts to support the Deprecated Version.


More Definitions of Deprecated Version

Deprecated Version means a Version of the Product that is no longer supported by CrowdStrike. A Deprecated Version is any Version of the Product other than the then current and the two immediately prior Versions of the Product, as determined by CrowdStrike in its sole discretion.
Deprecated Version means a Version of the Licensed Software that is no longer supported by Humio. A Deprecated Version is any Version of the Licensed Software other than the then-current and two follow on Versions of the Licensed Software, as determined by Humio in its sole discretion.
Deprecated Version means the Version of the API that will be discontinued, either because Google chooses to discontinue the API, or because Google upgrades the API to a newer Version.
