Depot Controller definition

Depot Controller means a Metro Railway employee responsible for movements of rakes within the depot area including interchange of rakes between the depot and the main line;
Depot Controller means the person appointed by the SP to be based in the Depot Control Room as further defined in the Depot Specification;
