Deposit & Refund Policy. A refundable One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) security deposit is required at the time of reservation. The total requested hours of rental space will be payable at the time the Agreement is signed. In the case of cancellations, there will be no refunds assessed on the security deposit ($100.00).
