Deposit Price definition

Deposit Price means, with respect to any Bond, the federal income tax basis of such Bond determined in accordance with the Code at the time of transfer and deposit as set forth in the Series Certificate Agreement with respect to Bonds transferred and deposited on the Date of Original Issue or on any Substitution Date.
Deposit Price. ' means, with respect to any Asset, the Federal income tax basis of such Asset determined in accordance with the Code at the time of transfer and deposit as set forth in the Series CertiÑcate Agreement with respect to Assets transferred and deposited on the Date of Original Issue or on any Substitution Date.
