  • You agree to cooperate with us in our investigation of any unusual, improper, unauthorized, suspicious or fraudulent activities relating to the transmission of Deposit Items or the use of the Mobile Remote Deposit Services.

  • The Client agrees to cooperate with ATB Financial in the investigation of Images (such as poor quality Images and unusual transactions) by providing to ATB Financial, upon request, originals or copies of Deposit Items deposited through Remote Cheque Deposit in the Client’s possession and any records the Client may have related to such Deposit Items or Images.

  • ATB Financial is not responsible for Deposit Items ATB Financial does not receive or for Images that are corrupted or not fully received.

  • Deposit Items to your Account by creating an Image of the Item using a compatible supported Capture Device.
