Deposit Certificate definition

Deposit Certificate means a certificate in, or substantially in, the form attached hereto as Exhibit A evidencing the beneficial ownership interest in the Deposit and the other assets of the Trust not otherwise allocated to a Series of the Trust, as the same may be amended, modified, restated, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time.
Deposit Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 5.01(k).
Deposit Certificate means the application and certificate completed by the Purchaser/Homeowner under Deposit Protection.

  • Unless the certificate of authentication hereon shall have been executed by an authorized officer of the Delaware Trustee, by manual signature, this Deposit Certificate shall not entitle the holder hereof to any benefit under the Trust Agreement or be valid for any purpose.

  • The amount required to be deposited in the Debt Payment Sub-Account pursuant to this Section 3.3(a) in connection with the DEG Loan shall be calculated on a semi-annual basis at the time of the preceding Interest Payment Date or at such other time as a Debt Service and Reserve Deposit Certificate or Correction Notice is delivered to the Trustee on the basis of the Deutsche ▇▇▇▇ to US$ exchange rate available to the Trustee in the normal course of business.

  • No Participant shall be entitled to transfer, assign, pledge, or otherwise encumber or dispose of any Deposit Certificate or any Shares and Warrants represented by a Deposit Certificate held by him otherwise than in accordance with Section 4.4 and Article 5 hereof without the written consent of the Depositary.

  • There is no right to transfer, assign, pledge or otherwise deal with this Deposit Certificate except by way of a surrender of this Certificate to the Depositary as permitted by the Deposit Agreement in connection with certain transfers of the Shares and Warrants represented by this Deposit Certificate and by the issue of a replacement Deposit Certificate as permitted in certain circumstances by the Deposit Agreement.
