  • Sections 1 "Definitions", 3 "No Reverse Engineering", 4 "Ownership", 5.2 "PowerTier and Object Deployment Fees and Payments", 5.6 "Records and Audit", 10 "Confidentiality", 11.5 "No Other Warranties", 13 "Limitation of Liability", 14.3 "Survival of Certain Terms" and 16 "General" shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
