Dependent Data definition

Dependent Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual where the individual is a dependent or family member of an Employee and whose personal data have been given to Panaya by an Employee or by such individual;

  • Dependent child means a child residing in an individual’s household who may legally be claimed as a dependent on the federal income tax of such individual.

  • Dependent student means one who is listed as a dependent on the federal or state income tax return

  • Dependent care assistance program or "DCAP" means a benefit plan whereby school employees may pay for certain employment related dependent care with pretax dollars as provided in the salary reduction plan under chapter 41.05 RCW pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Sec. 129 or other sections of the Internal Revenue Code.
