Dentsu means World Athletics' appointed marketing agency, Dentsu Inc. of 1-8-1, Higashi Shimbashi Minato-ku Tokyo 105-7001 Japan.
Dentsu means Dentsu Inc. or a direct or indirect 100% affiliate of Dentsu Inc. ------ (i.e., a company that owns 100% of, that is 100% owned by, or that is under 100% common control with, Dentsu Inc.).
Dentsu has the meaning set forth in the Heading.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that, prior to the expiration of such 45-day period, Dentsu provides Publicis and the Nominee with documentary evidence that Dentsu has duly exercised any right of recourse before a court with jurisdiction, the date of early termination shall be the date of notification by the Nominee to Publicis and Dentsu of the final decision of the competent court upholding the arbitral award referred to in the preceding sentence.
