The Ordering Party shall be entitled to cancel the Order within one working day in the form of a cancelling message, which is defined in the Regulation and in the Specification for Connection to Secondary Storage issued by Dentsu Aegis Network (hereinafter referred to as “Application Cancellation”).
Notwithstanding the above, the transfer of interests to the legal successors, and in the case of Dentsu, also to “Permitted Dentsu Transferees”, as defined in, and in accordance with, the Agreement, shall not require authorization.

The end of the contribution of rights to enjoyment will be binding on Publicis and on Madame E▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ each of whom will take all actions necessary to allow Dentsu to exercise immediately the voting rights so released.
Notice of any such transfer shall be given to Dentsu and Publicis by the Nominee, and Publicis and Dentsu shall be entitled to rely on such notice.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that, prior to the expiration of such 45-day period, Dentsu provides Publicis and the Nominee with documentary evidence that Dentsu has duly exercised any right of recourse before a court with jurisdiction, the date of early termination shall be the date of notification by the Nominee to Publicis and Dentsu of the final decision of the competent court upholding the arbitral award referred to in the preceding sentence.
