Dental Center definition

Dental Center means the facility or facilities operated by P.A. and at which Dental Services are, or in the future may be, rendered by P.A. identified on Exhibit A hereto, as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
Dental Center means a Dentist or a dental practice (with one or more Dentists) which has contracted with the DPA to provide dental care Benefits to Members and to diagnose, provide, refer, supervise, and coordinate the provision of all Benefits to Members in accordance with this Contract. Dental Necessity (Dentally Necessary) — Benefits are provided only for Services that are Dentally Necessary as defined in this Section.
Dental Center means a dental office to which Borrower provides service and support pursuant to a Services and Support Agreement.
