DENA BANK definition
DENA BANK means a bank constituted under the Banking Acquisition and Transfer of undertakings act, 1970, which has invited the bids for consultancy services, and with which the selected bidder signs the contract for the services to be rendered and to whom the selected bidder shall provide services as per the terms and conditions and terms of reference of the contract.
DENA BANK or “The Purchaser” means Dena Bank including its successors and assigns.
