Demurrage Charges definition

Demurrage Charges means the penalty paid for exceeding the period allowed for taking delivery of goods, or returning of any equipment used for the transportation of goods.”
Demurrage Charges means amounts owing to Borrower in respect of equipment usage services provided by Borrower, excluding those routine and customary equipment usage services which are provided by Borrower to all of its customers.
