DEMONSTRATION TESTS definition

DEMONSTRATION TESTS has the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(b)(ii).
DEMONSTRATION TESTS means tests conducted by Buyer or on Buyer's behalf to demonstrate that a Unit satisfies the requirements of Section 6.0 of Appendix C.

DEMONSTRATION TESTS means the operation of the Facility by Owner or the Contractor by which Contractor demonstrates to Owner that the Facility meets the demonstration criteria designated as such in Exhibit A.
