Demonstration Test definition

Demonstration Test means a skills test as defined in R17-7-101.
Demonstration Test means a test performed by the Commissioning Team, after any required Performance Tests, to demonstrate and confirm that the work meets the specified requirements. The Demonstration Test shall comprise of running the identified Work continuously for a minimum of 3-days at the specified operating conditions without interruption, or as otherwise specified. Upon successful completion of the Demonstration Test, Form 104 – Certificate of Process Satisfactory Demonstration shall be signed, and the City will take over operation of the identified Unit Process;
Demonstration Test means a driving examination in a commercial motor vehicle that includes: a pretrip inspection, a basic skills test and a road test as referenced in the Division Examiner’s Manual.

  • The results of the Capacity Demonstration Test set forth in this Exhibit C will be used (i) to verify and adjust as necessary the Firm Contract Capacity set forth in Section 1.02(d), and (ii) to determine the Reportable Capacity, as further described in Section 10 of Exhibit C.

  • This selection may not be changed for any reason during the Capacity Demonstration Test or the Capacity Demonstration Test will be repeated in its entirety.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Capacity Demonstration Test and Storage Capacity Demonstration Test shall account for energy losses to the Electric Interconnection Point in accordance with Accepted Industry Practices.

  • It is understood that the Underwriters may waive, in whole or in part, or extend the time for compliance with, any of such terms and conditions without prejudice to the rights of the Underwriters in respect of any such terms and conditions or any other or subsequent breach or non-compliance, provided that to be binding on the Underwriters any such waiver or extension must be in writing and signed by the Underwriters.

  • Seller shall require that the Person conducting each Capacity Demonstration Test or Storage Capacity Demonstration Test perform such test in accordance with Accepted Industry Practices, the protocols and the procedures set forth on Schedule 3.12 and any other applicable requirements of this Agreement.

  • If the Generating Facility provides Firm Contract Capacity and is a New CHP Facility, an Expanded CHP Facility or a Repowered CHP Facility, before commencement of the Capacity Demonstration Test, Buyer shall provide a Notice to Seller providing Seller with access to all Check Meters for all meter data through a secure internet website.
