Demonstration Inventory definition

Demonstration Inventory means measuring devices utilized by Borrower's sale representatives to present Borrower's products to customers.
Demonstration Inventory means, as of any date of determination, finished goods inventory of Borrowers in the possession of one or more employees of Borrowers, which finished goods inventory is used by such employees for the purpose of demonstrating, advertising and selling the products of Borrowers in the ordinary course of business.
Demonstration Inventory means any Products held by any of the Companies, Distributors or hospitals on behalf of any of the Companies for purposes of demonstration, or training and that are not new and saleable.
