Demonstration Equipment definition

Demonstration Equipment has the meaning given such term in Section 3.2(b).
Demonstration Equipment or "Service Equipment" subject to review and acceptance by AI.
Demonstration Equipment means products of Borrower delivered to potential resellers or customers.

  • As of the Closing, either Metron or a Metron Selling Affiliate will have good and marketable title to each of the Products, Spare Parts, Demonstration Equipment and other assets of the Distribution Business free and clear of all Liens.
