Examples of Demolition Plans in a sentence

  • If Landlord disapproves the Tenant Phase 2 Demolition Plans, it shall state with particularity the reasons for such disapproval.

  • Within ten (10) business days after receipt of the Tenant Phase 2 Demolition Plans, Landlord will review and approve or disapprove the Tenant Phase 2 Demolition Plans in its reasonable discretion.

  • If Landlord fails to notify Tenant that Landlord approves or disapproves the Demolition Plans and Specifications within such fifteen (15) day period, which failure continues for three (3) Business Days after Tenant delivers to Landlord a Landlord Delay Notice (defined below), then each day that elapses after the expiration of such fifteen (15) day period until Landlord approves or disapproves in writing the Demolition Plans and Specifications shall constitute a day of “Landlord Delay”.

  • If Landlord disapproves of such Demolition Plans and Specifications, then Landlord shall notify Tenant thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval, in which case Tenant shall revise such Demolition Plans and Specifications in accordance with Landlord’s objections and submit the revised plans and specifications to Landlord for its review and approval.

  • Landlord shall notify Tenant whether it approves of the Demolition Plans and Specifications within fifteen (15) days after Tenant’s submission thereof.

  • The Demolition Plans and Specifications shall be subject to the prior written approval of Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Landlord shall approve (or comment on) the Initial Demolition Plan, after nonbinding consultation with Tenant, within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of the Initial Demolition Plan and five (5) Business Days after receipt of the revised plan (as finally approved, the “Demolition Plan”), time being of the essence with respect to Landlord’s obligations set forth in this sentence with respect to the approval and comment on the Initial Demolition Plans.

  • On or before June 15, 2022, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a demolition cost estimate from a contractor to be retained by T▇▇▇▇▇, subject to Landlord approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed, and in accordance with the Landlord-approved Tenant Phase 2 Demolition Plans.

  • Seller and Buyer will cooperate to establish the scope of the formal construction plans to be prepared by the Seller, and consistent with Demolition Plans as detailed and described i n “ Exhibits ▇-▇, ▇-▇” and New Multi- Use Facility Improvement Plans as detailed and described in “ Exhibits C-1 and C-2”.

  • As part of Owner's Initial Work, Owner shall perform re-fire proofing where necessary after demolition (excluding planned removal of fire proofing by Tenant in Tenant's Demolition Plans).
