Demobilization Fee definition

Demobilization Fee has the meaning given in Appendix I, Section A(1)(B).
Demobilization Fee means the costs and expenses directly and indirectly incurred for transportation of all Contractor’s equipments, materials and personnel from the Area of Operation to Contractor’s original point after the Work is completed.
Demobilization Fee means the sum set out as such in Section I – Remuneration. 

Examples of Demobilization Fee in a sentence

  • In addition to Operator’s obligation to pay the Standby Rate in accordance with Paragraph 705 and to supply Operator’s Items, Operator shall pay Contractor a Demobilization Fee as specified in Appendix A which shall be earned on the date of termination of this Contract.

  • In either event, except for a Governmental Order and/or Manager Breach, the Demobilization Fee shall nevertheless be payable.

  • The Demobilization Fee shall include any applicable escalation of the Fixed Fee pursuant to Section 7.1(c); provided that the Parties shall use their best efforts to estimate such escalation in accordance with the terms of this Agreement if the Fixed Fee cannot be precisely determined for the succeeding year after the year in which the Agreement is terminated.

  • The amount of the Demobilization Fee which is USD 675,000 (six hundred and seventy-five thousand United States Dollars) and specified in Article 803 of the Contract shall be amended as 550,000 (Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States dollars).

  • The foregoing notwithstanding, the Demobilization Fee shall not be payable (i) in the event of any breach of this Contract by Contractor or (ii) the Drilling Unit is demobilized to any location other than directly to Poland upon the termination of this Contract.

  • The Parties intend the Demobilization Fee to be liquidated damages constituting compensation, and not a penalty.

  • Owner’s payment of the Demobilization Fee is the Owner’s sole liability and entire obligation and the Contractor’s exclusive remedy for any termination by Owner under this Section II.D. For avoidance of doubt, the payment schedule and demobilization fee (Exhibit A) for LNTP No. 3 is in addition to and does not replace the Owner’s existing obligations under LNTP No. 2 (CO-012) which remain in effect and continuing.

  • For the purposes of this Section 6.3, “Early Termination Fee” means the sum of (x) that prorated percentage of the Management Fee (payable pursuant to Section 5.1.1) then owed to the Provider through the early termination date specified in the Early Termination Notice, as reasonably calculated by the Provider and (y) the Demobilization Fee.

  • The Early Termination Fee shall not exceed 90 days at the Standby Without Crew Rate, the applicable Demobilization Fee and the remaining unrecovered cost of the 5" Drill Pipe and Top Drive Unit.

  • If COMPANY exercises its right to terminate under this Article 1.4.1 and 1.4.2(b), COMPANY shall pay to CONTRACTOR all amounts payable and due in accordance with the CONTRACT for WORK performed up to termination including payment of the Early Termination Rate the Initial Mobilization Fee and Second Mobilization Fee, if not already paid, and the Demobilization Fee set out in Annex D.
