Demo Software definition

Demo Software means OneSoft's OneCommerce Enterprise Edition and OneWorkstation products.

Examples of Demo Software in a sentence

  • If the Software is Demo Software, then You may, by contacting X-Rite and paying a licensing fee, obtain a serial number and authorization to convert the Demo Software to a registered, fully functional version.

  • Conversion of Demo Software by any other means violates the terms of this Agreement.

  • However, the provision of Demo Software is only governed to the extent explicitly provided in § 20 of these Terms and Conditions for Software Use.

  • OneSoft shall have the right at all times to electronically audit use of the Software and Demo Software through a disclosed documented IP interface (the nature of such interface shall be subject to USWeb/CKS's consent) to the servers on which such software is installed.

  • USWeb/CKS acknowledges that the Software and the Demo Software is the property of OneSoft or its suppliers and that title thereto is not transferred under this Agreement.

  • All other Software not registered will also be deemed Demo Software.

  • Provisions of these Terms and Conditions for Software Use that § 20 does not explicitly declare to be applicable to the provision of Demo Software apply exclusively to software that is provided against payment.

  • If there is no period identified, such use is limited to 30 days after the Demo Software and Services are made available to You.

  • Die Softwarenutzungsbedingungen regeln die entgeltliche Softwareüberlassung und die Überlassung von Demo Software, die Überlassung von Demo Software jedoch nur, soweit dies ausdrücklich in § 20 der Softwarenutzungsbedingungen vorgesehen ist.

  • At OneSoft's request USWeb/CKS shall provide OneSoft with a report detailing use of the the Demo Software under this Agreement.

Related to Demo Software

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.
