Demo Service means a service provided to you for a limited time for the purpose of evaluating that service. We may refer to this as a “Sandbox”;

Examples of Demo Service in a sentence

  • The User shall not use the Demo Services or any other any Services that Flow provides for any purpose other than for the specific access to the Demo Services granted by this Demo Service Agreement.

  • The following Articles shall also survive the termination or expiration of this Demo Service Agreement : Articles 5.3, 6, 8, 9 10, 11 and 12.

  • If the User registers for the Demo Services on behalf of a third party (“Third-Party User”), such Third-Party User may access and use the Demo Services or any other Services on the website that Flow allows, provided that such Third-Party User agrees to comply with this Demo Service Agreement, the MSA, any other agreements entered into by and between Flow and the User and any Special Conditions.

  • All references in the contract documents above to “SAP Cloud Services” shall mean Shared Demo Service, and all references to “Customer” in other parts of the Agreement shall be references to Partner.

  • Upon the expiration or termination of this Demo Service Agreement, the User shall immediately cease using all aspects of the Demo Services and any other content provided by Flow.

  • X send or smudge any malicious code through occupation in portable Service or Demo Service.

  • The User is not granted a license to any software by this Demo Service Agreement.
