Demised/Leased Premises definition
Demised/Leased Premises means demised premises, and all references to “this Lease” shall mean this Sublease.
Demised/Leased Premises means demised premises, and all references to "this Lease" shall mean this Sublease. All provisions which may, by incorporation herein, be inconsistent with the express provisions of this Sublease shall govern in all circumstances unless use of the demised premises or any action or inaction taken in accordance with said provisions may be the basis of a default under the Underlying Lease, in which case the inconsistency shall be resolved in favor of the provisions of the Underlying Lease.
