  • To provide the asset(s) in a timely manner, in working order, and with appropriate staffing, if necessary, when deployment is requested: under the terms of this MOA; under a mutual aid agreement, including a civil preparedness mutual aid agreement approved by DEMHS, as required by ▇▇▇▇.
