Demand-side resources definition

Demand-side resources means energy efficiency, energy conservation, load management, and demand response or any combination of these measures.
Demand-side resources means the reduced demand for electricity resulting from demand side management;
Demand-side resources means any material, device, technology, educational program, pricing option, practice, or facility alteration designed to result in reduced peak demand, increased energy efficiency, or shifting of electricity consumption to off-peak periods and includes combined heat and power used to displace space heating, water heating, or another load.
