Demand Guarantee definition

Demand Guarantee means an on-demand bank guarantee from a reputable South African financial institution approved by the CSIR, and in the form and on the terms approved by the CSIR;
Demand Guarantee has the meaning assigned thereto under the URDG, and unless the context requires otherwise includes a counter-guarantee.
Demand Guarantee means the demand guarantee dated on or about 13 December 2013 issued by China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, Hebei Branch;
