Demand Form definition

Demand Form means the form used to place Demand Orders against this Contract. For the purposes of this Contract, the Demand Form will be either DF&FS SCM Form 01 or DF&FS SCM Form 02 or, for Direct Supply orders, local documentation from the end-user.

Examples of Demand Form in a sentence

  • The request for submission to arbitration shall be made by written notice on an Arbitration Demand Form delivered to the other party.

  • Contractor shall submit written demands on County Demand Form D-15 in the manner and form prescribed by County.
