Deluxe Clean definition
Deluxe Clean means performing all of the Standard Services plus shampooing carpets and cleaning upholstery (a wet clean). This is reserved for houses and apartments identified as requiring cleaning service above and beyond what would normally be needed in a cleaning due to neglect, or mistreatment of the premises by tenants, catastrophic damage, break in, or natural disaster. The additional difficulty and requirement for more time on site are reflected in the compensation for this level of service.
