Delta Report definition
Delta Report means a report detailing the Delta of each Reference Obligation at the date of such report;
Delta Report means a report published by the Determination Agent on each Monthly Report Date (as defined in the Portfolio Management Agreement) setting out the Delta Amount in respect of each Reference Entity constituting the Reference Portfolio as at, or as close as reasonably practicable to, the Monthly Report Date.
Delta Report means the weekly report prepared by the Swap Counterparty containing the information set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 7 hereto, as provided by the Swap Counterparty to the Portfolio Manager on each Weekly Reporting Date;
Examples of Delta Report in a sentence
As used in this Section 9(F), "Known Environmental Conditions" shall mean (a) ZML's Environmental Disclosures, and (b) subject to Urban's rights in respect of Section 9(A)(xii) if and to the extent applicable, any conditions existing as of September 3, 1993, which conditions include, but are not limited to, those matters referred to in the Delta Report, the Versar Report, and the Law Report.
