Delta Flight definition

Delta Flight means any scheduled air transportation that is marketed or operated by, and using the air carrier designator code of, Delta or any of its Affiliates.

Examples of Delta Flight in a sentence

  • Eligible Employees and Permitted Pass Riders will not accrue any SkyMiles or other applicable frequent flyer program benefits with respect to non revenue leisure travel on any Delta Flight.

  • If an Eligible Employee or one of his or her Permitted Pass Riders attempts to check-in or board a Delta Flight on a non-revenue space available basis and such Eligible Employee’s annual Activation Fee has not been paid, such traveler will be required to pay the maximum Activation Fee in effect at such time prior to boarding such flight.

  • Non-revenue passengers including, without limitation, Eligible Employees and their Permitted Pass Riders, traveling on any Delta Flight must at all times conduct themselves in accordance with acceptable standards of business etiquette.

  • Gate agents handling any Delta Flight is authorized to deny boarding to any non-revenue passenger whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

  • Worldspan agrees that it will not add any such Content Access Fee to the Fares displayed by the Worldspan GDS for any Delta Flight.
