Delphi Affiliates definition

Delphi Affiliates means any company directly or indirectly controlled by Delphi, or under common control with Delphi. A company is controlled by ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the stock entitled to vote for directors of the company or persons performing a function similar to that of directors.

  • In addition, the applicable Delphi Affiliates will honor the price reductions provided for in the applicable purchase orders or supply contracts relating to the Mexican Business.
