Dell EMC. , as used in this document, means the applicable Dell sales entity (“Dell”) specified on your Dell Order Form and the applicable Dell EMC sales entity (“Dell EMC”) specified on your Dell EMC Order Form. The use of “Dell EMC” in this document does not indicate a change to the legal name of the Dell or Dell EMC entity with whom you have dealt.
Dell EMC. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, such Third Party Products are subject to the standard license, services, warranty, indemnity and support terms of the third party manufacturer/supplier (or an applicable direct agreement between Customer and such manufacturer/supplier), to which Customer shall adhere. Even if support fees are invoiced through Supplier, such Third Party Products are not supported by Supplier and Customer shall contact such third party directly for support. Any warranty, damages or indemnity claims against Supplier in relation to such Third Party Products are expressly excluded. References to warranty and support information for Dell EMC Select products is currently available through ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Dell EMC. Means ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and its affiliates. Dell EMC is a third party beneficiary of this Master Agreement and any Schedule. WWT is authorized to disclose to Dell EMC this Master Agreement, any Schedule, and any documents or information provided by Customer to WWT in connection with this Masterr Agreement and any Schedule.
