Delivery Windows definition

Delivery Windows means the hours within which KeHE shall make deliveries to the SFM Stores as mutually agreed upon by the Parties, as amended from time-to-time and documented by the Parties through the ordinary course of business. Delivery Windows are based on routing considerations between KeHE’s DCs and the SFM Stores.

Examples of Delivery Windows in a sentence

  • In the absence of agreement between the Parties otherwise, the FOB Ninety Day Schedule shall maintain the FOB SCQ and FOB Delivery Windows as identified in the FOB ADP.
