Delivery Type definition

Delivery Type means the delivery type as set out beside the heading “Delivery Type” in the Purchase Contract. “Electronic Communications” means message transmitted and/or received by any electronic notice board on Your account, email, short message service (SMS), multimedia message service (MMS) or instant messaging or WAP.

  • aircraft type means all aircraft of the same basic design including all modifications thereto except those modifications which result in a change in handling or flight characteristics;

  • Delivery Time means the time for Delivery stated in the Purchase Order.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Service Type means the customer class, partial customer class and/or group of customer classes, as set forth in a Transaction Confirmation.

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;

  • Delivery Address means the address stated on the Order.
