Delivery Tests definition

Delivery Tests means such inspection and/or testing of the Vessel as may be required to determine whether or not the Vessel meets the Required Performance Levels in accordance with the Delivery Test Protocol.
Delivery Tests the tests to be conducted by IEC for a relevant Service, as shall be determined by IEC subject to and in accordance with IEC's internal quality assurance policy and procedures, designed to verify that such Service is completed and eligible for Delivery as shall be attested in the pertinent Delivery Notice.

Examples of Delivery Tests in a sentence

  • If such Delivery Tests are performed and the Vessel fails to meet the Required Performance Levels, Charterer may elect to keep the Vessel on-Hire and pay a reduction in Hire pursuant to Clause 23, or put the Vessel off-Hire for the period during which the Vessel is not at Charterer’s disposition (such period commencing from the date the Delivery Tests are completed).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that with respect of a Service on which Delivery Tests were conducted, the Delivery Notice shall indicate the same and attest that the Delivery Tests were successful.
